About Julio Landivar

With over 20 years of experience in development, design, and construction, I bring a unique perspective to real estate rooted in a deep understanding of how homes and communities are built. My background includes managing large-scale projects such as new builds, historic renovations, and commercial developments across Hawaii, giving me the expertise to help clients make confident and informed decisions when buying or selling a property.

I hold a degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Shidler College of Business, and I’ve built my career with global developers. These experiences have strengthened my skills in negotiation, financial management, and strategic planning - tools I now use to guide clients through Hawaii’s dynamic real estate market.

Beyond work, I enjoy stand-up paddling, sunset hikes with my wife and our dog, traveling, and staying active at the gym. Hawaii is home, and I’m passionate about helping others find their place here too.
