About Lidiya Peralta

With over 18 years of experience in the Hawaii real estate market, I possess an in-depth knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods, historical land contexts, market cycles, and building developments across the islands. Two years ago, I founded my own real estate brokerage to offer a broader range of services to my clients, free from external constraints.


My professional journey has equipped me with strong skills in collaboration, strategic thinking, and creativity, honed during my tenure with a global developer responsible for managing Military Housing on the island. This experience has been invaluable in shaping my approach to real estate.



I hold a B.A. in Travel Industry Management and an MBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University. My academic background in business and finance enables me to provide meticulous real estate analysis, ensuring personalized and exceptional customer care for each client.



Originally from Bulgaria, where I completed my French high school education, I moved to Hawaii 25 years ago. I am fluent in both French and Bulgarian. Hawaii quickly became my home, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to build my family and integrate into this wonderful local community.



Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about surfing, paddling, and shell diving with my daughter. Our weekends are often filled with sandy adventures, from 40-foot rock jumps and secret waterfall explorations to tranquil sunsets at Sandy Beach. We cherish our large family gatherings and beach BBQs. One of my favorite weekly activities is practicing Capoeira, which continually inspires and fuels my creativity.
